These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by:

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided by:

Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the client.

2. Services Offered

Giovanna Grech provides graphic design services, including: 
– Visual identity (logos, brand guidelines)
– Communication materials (flyers, business cards, posters, etc.)
– Web design – Custom illustrations – Motion design
– Editorial projects
– Other services upon quotation

The details of each service and pricing are defined in a customized quotation agreed upon by the client before any work begins.

3. Quotations and Orders

Each project is subject to a free, non-binding quotation valid for 30 days.
An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of:

• The signed quotation,
• And a deposit payment (generally 30–50%, unless otherwise agreed)

Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Tarifs et paiement

Prices are stated in euros, excluding VAT (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code – micro-enterprise regime).

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required upon order (depending on agreement between the parties);

The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice, according to the payment terms stated in the quotation or invoice, which may be:

• • Payment upon receipt
  • Within 15 days
  • Within 30 days
  • Or 45 days end of month
    
    

In case of late payment, statutory penalties may apply, as well as a fixed compensation fee of €40 for collection costs.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Project timelines are specified in the quotation or mutually agreed upon before the start of the project.

They may be adjusted depending on project complexity, client responsiveness (particularly for approvals), or force majeure events. Giovanna Grech commits to informing the client of any potential delay.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Three rounds of revisions are included after the initial design proposals.

Any additional changes will be subject to extra charges, previously approved by the client.

Final files are delivered in agreed digital formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) once full payment has been received.

All deliverables are digital only. Printing (flyers, business cards, posters, etc.) is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

7. Intellectual Property

Usage rights (reproduction, distribution, exploitation) are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

Giovanna Grech retains moral rights over all creations and reserves the right to display the work in her portfolio, website, and professional social media, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that begin with the client’s agreement before the end of the legal 14-day period.

9. Liability

The client agrees to provide only content (text, images, logos, etc.) for which they hold the necessary rights. Giovanna Grech cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of such materials.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing agreement, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the micro-enterprise.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The client acknowledges having read and accepted them before validating the quotation.
